Policy for Refunds


1. Returns

  • If an item is broken or defective, it can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
  • Please provide your order details and the reason for the return to our customer care team in order to start the return process.

2. Refunds

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as your return is received and inspected.
  • Within a predetermined number of days, approved refunds will be handled and a credit will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We only swap out goods in the event that they are faulty or broken.
  • Please get in touch with our customer support team if you need to swap it for the exact same item.

4. Shipping Fees

  • There are no refunds for shipping fees associated with returning an item.
  • The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
  • The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.
