Policy for Refunds
1. Returns
If an item is broken or defective, it can be returned within 30 days after purchase.
Please provide your order details and the reason for the return to our customer care team in order to start the return process.
2. Refunds
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as your return is received and inspected.
Within a predetermined number of days, approved refunds will be handled and a credit will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges
We only swap out goods in the event that they are faulty or broken.
Please get in touch with our customer support team if you need to swap it for the exact same item.
4. Shipping Fees
There are no refunds for shipping fees associated with returning an item.
The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
The time it takes for your replaced merchandise to arrive may differ depending on where you reside.
